These terms govern the Apply Witness website, CLI, and Team Receipt Kit. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Purpose and responsibility

Apply Witness provides evidence from available provider readback. It does not apply configuration, guarantee a provider’s internal behavior, or replace your security and deployment review. An unknown result is explicitly not proof of application. You are responsible for choosing suitable provider permissions and protecting credentials.

Open-source CLI

The core software is offered under the MIT License. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is,” without warranties. Provider APIs may change or become unavailable.

Team Receipt Kit purchase

The Team Receipt Kit costs $29 USD as a one-time purchase. It unlocks batch manifests and CI summaries for the licensed user. Accessibility, safety behavior, single-project verification, and receipt export remain free. Sociobot / Dodo is the merchant of record and handles checkout, taxes, and refunds. A refund or chargeback revokes the related license.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate provider terms, probe systems you do not control, share a purchased token publicly, or interfere with the billing or verification service. We may revoke licenses used fraudulently or abusively.

Liability and changes

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sociobot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the product. Material term changes will be dated on this page. Questions may be sent to support@sociobot.in.
